A Delta Village Police Levy Addition measures was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the village of Delta which wis in Fulton County.
The measure was approved
- YES: 378 (50.88%)
- NO: 363 (49.12%)[1]
This measure sought to add to the current police levy by a rate of $.50 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to further pay for police protection costs in the village.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Delta for the purpose of providing and maintaining motor vehicles, communications, other equipment, buildings, and sites for such buildings used directly in the operation of a police department, or the payment of salaries of permanent police personnel, including the payment of the police officers’ contribution required under section 742.33 of the Revised Code at a rate not exceeding 5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.50 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012 first due in calendar year 2013. |
