Democrats call on McCain, GOP to denounce California vote-fraud suspect

California and national Democrats want the GOP to denounce suspect in voter fraud case. Mark Jacoby and his firm, Young Political Majors, are suspected of vote fraud in California. Democrats want more information about why the GOP chose to work with a man whose firm has been accused of vote-fraud in several states, and are asking how much the state and national GOP knew about Jacoby's operation.[1]
Group’s registration quotas may have created an incentive to submit phony applications
The California Republican Party said it was aware of previous accusations against Jacoby but said that he and his firm have never been convicted of any wrongdoing. A party spokesman called the charges politically-motivated. Jacoby's firm allegedly tricked California voters into switching their registration to Republican; in a separate case Jacoby was arrested on October 18 for registering to vote using an address that was not his residence.[1]
