Getz ran for re-election to the District 38 seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the June 8 primary. Matthew Rosendale ran for the seat on the Republican ticket. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.

2008

On November 4, 2008 Dennis Getz won the seat to the Montana House of Representatives for District 38, receiving 2,465 votes.
