2012
Bartley ran in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 48. Bartley advanced past the May 8 primary election and was defeated in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2][3]
2010
Bartley was defeated for District 41 in the general election. She was defeated by Democrat incumbents Samuel Cann, Sr., Ronald Fragale, Richard Iaquinta and Timothy Miley. She was one of eight candidates running for the four positions in District 41 on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. Only the top four vote-getters were elected. She defeated Republican Tommy Phillips in the May 11 primary. [4][5]
