Diana Irey Vaughan was a 2012 Republican candidate for Pennsylvania Treasurer in the 2012 elections. She was defeated by incumbent Rob McCord (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1]


Vaughan was first elected as a Washington County Commissioner in 1995 and is currently serving in her fourth term.[2]

Vaughan ran for Pennsylvania Treasurer in 2012. She was unopposed in the April 24 primary and was defeated by Democratic incumbent Rob McCord in the general election on November 6, 2012, along with Libertarian Patricia Fryman.[3]
