Contents |
Hess received his diploma from Saxton Liberty High School in 1958. He then worked as Chief Clerk of the Bedford County Commissioners from 1965 to 1972. He also worked as Prothonotary and Clerk of Courts from 1971 to 1986.
Hess joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1987. He has served in that position since, representing the 78th District.
