Stifler was a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from 1987-2006, and a fifth grade teacher at Mountain Christian School from 2000-2004.
She is Founder/Director of the Bel Air High School Foundation, and a member of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, Mountain Christian Church, Republican Club of Harford County, Governor's Council on Family Violence Prevention, and Women Legislators of Maryland.[1]
