Biography
Dela Cruz earned his Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Oregon. His professional experience includes serving on the Honolulu City Council from 2002 to 2010, acting as chairperson from 2003 to 2007, and working as an account supervisor for the public relations firm Stryker Weiner & Yokota.
