Dorsey Ridley (b. November 26, 1953) is a Democratic member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 4. He was first elected to the chamber in 2004. He served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1987 to 1994.

Ridley earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University in 1975. His professional experience includes owning a car dealership, President of Henderson County Independence Bank, and Regional Business Development Director for Independence Bank.
