Douglas Smith

Douglas Smith is a Republican member of the Maine Senate. Smith has served the Maine Senate since 2006 with his term expiring in 2010. Smith previously served in the Maine House of Representatives from 1971 to 1977.

Smith graduated with both his Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Maine.

In addition to being a Senator, Smith is a retired judge and tree farmer.
