Niemann is Assistant State's Attorney for Prince George's County, and owner of Doyle Niemann Communications. Prior to his election to the House, Niemann served on the Prince George's County Board of Education from 1996-2002, and on the Mount Rainier City Council from 1983-1987.
He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Green Caucus, Bi-County Committee of the Prince George's County Delegation, and the Mount Rainier Police Advisory Board.[1]
