Elections
2011
Moss, who initially indicated he would run for re-election, pulled out of the race on June 9, 2011 and announced he would retire after 28 years of service.[2] Moss's refusal to run left Nick Bain as the only Democratic candidate left in the race for District 2's seat.
2007
On November 6, 2007 Moss was re-elected in District 2, defeating Republican challenger John Orman.[3]
