Earl Sears (b. September 2, 1952) is a Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 11th District since 2006. Sears earned his Master of Arts degree in School Counseling at Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, in 1982. From 1974 to 2006, he worked as teacher and principal at Central Middle School. He and his wife, Jane, have two children: Ryan and Hollye.
