Three East Liverpool City Levy Addition measures were on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the city of East Liverpool which is in Columbiana County.

Two of the three measures were defeated

The first measure sought to add to the current road levy by a rate of .75 mills for a further five years in order to further pay for road maintenance and repair projects in the city.

The second measure sought to add to the current cemetery levy by a rate of .2 mills for a further five years in order to further pay for cemetery maintenance and operational costs in the city.

The third measure sought to add to the current library levy by a rate of .2 mills for a further five years in order to further pay for the Carnegie Public library maintenance and operational costs in the city.[1]
