Armstrong graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a BA in Political Science in 2001. He then worked for the Boys and Girls Clubs of American in Maryland. Armstrong then worked for Tyson Foods, Inc. as manager of state government affairs. For the past five years, he has helped to build the firm Armstrong & Davis Consulting, Inc. as Partner and CEO.
