Edward Casso is a former Democratic member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing District 32 from 2007 to 2013. He previously served as precinct committeeman for the Boulder County Democratic Party, as vice chair of the Adams County Young Democrats, and as captain at large for the Adams County Democratic Party.

Biography

Casso earned his B.A. in Political Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1997 and attended Regis University. His professional experience includes working as an intern for Congressman David Skaggs.

Casso did not provide answers to the Colorado State Legislative Election 2008 Political Courage Test. The test informs voters how a candidate would vote on the issues if elected.[1]

Casso ran for re-election to the 32nd District seat in 2010. He had no opposition in the August 10 primary. Casso defeated Kaarl Hoopes (R) in the November 2 general election.

On November 4, 2008, Casso won re-election to the 32nd District seat in the Colorado House of Representatives, running unopposed in the general election.[2]
