Elaine Beech (b. March 16, 1960) is a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 65th district. She was elected in a special election on November 3, 2009 to replace Marc Keahey, who was elected to the Alabama State Senate.[1]

Beech has served on the Washington County Board of Education and is a former small business owner.
