Biography
Wills graduated with a BS in finance from Arkansas State University and a JD from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Wills began her legal career as an associate attorney in the commercial section of the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.[1]

Willis was first appointed to the Arkansas Public Service Commission in January 2011.[1]
