This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $3.57 million in order to build a new K-12 grade building as well as making improvements to the gym and library facilities.[2]

A 2013 statewide measure, Amendment 66, would authorize Colorado to increase taxes with an expected revenue increase of $950 million for school funding.[3]
