BISMARCK, North Dakota: The day has passed for primary elections in North Dakota. And in addition to deciding on who will run for office in November, voters were asked to determine the fate of four statewide ballot measures. Depending on location, polls in the state opened between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. CST and closed between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST.
