Eli Bebout (b. October 14, 1946) is a Republican member of the Wyoming State Senate, representing District 26 since 2007. In the 2013-2014 session, Bebout serves as Vice President of the Senate.

Bebout served in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1987 to 2000. During his service in the Wyoming House he held several positions. From 1993 to 1994, Bebout served as Minority Whip. He then switched his party affiliation from Democratic to Republican in 1994. He also served as Majority Floor Leader from 1997 to 1998. From 1999 to 2000, Bebout served as Speaker of the House. In 2002 he ran for Governor of Wyoming but was defeated.

Bebout earned his BS from the University of Wyoming in 1969.

Bebout has worked as an oil and gas producer in the past. He was also owner of Nucor. Bebout has worked as an engineer, drilling contractor, and businessman as well.[1]
