Bobo is an attorney. She previously served as Deputy Secretary for Programs - Maryland Department of Human Resources from 1990-1994.
Bobo is Co-Chair of the Maryland Clean Car and Energy Policy Task Force, and a member of the Maryland Consumer Caucus, Commission on Environmental Justice and Sustainable Communities, Maryland Bicycle and Pedestrian Caucus, Wetlands Restoration Steering Committee, and Maryland Green Caucus.[1]
