Kane ran in the 2012 election for New Mexico House of Representatives District 15. She defeated Matt David Munoz and Joe D. Craig in the Democratic primary on June 5, 2012.[1] She defeated Christopher T. Saucedo in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [2][3]
Endorsements
Kane was endorsed by several Firefighters associations and labor unions, in addition to Planned Parenthood of New Mexico and the CWA Retirees Association.[4]
