Two Emmet County Senior and Ambulance Levy Renewal measures were on the August 3, 2010 ballot in Emmet County.

Both measures were approved

The first levy renewal was for the $.50 levy per $1,000 which is used to fund senior services offered by the county. The renewal will be for a further four years.

  • NO 1,648 (28.8%)

The second levy renewal was for the $.25 levy per $1,000 of assessed value which is used to fund ambulance services in the county. Since it was approved, the levy will be in place for a further two years.[1]
