Elections
2012
Storch ran for re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 3. Storch and Larry Tighe advanced unopposed in the May 8 primary election. She was challenged by Larry Tighe, Ryan Ferns, and Shawn Lucas Fluharty in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
2010
Storch was elected to one of the two positions in District 3 on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. Storch's opponents were Republican Dolph Santorine, and Democrats Ryan Ferns and Shawn Fluharty. Only the top two vote-getters were elected.[5][6][7][8]

- "Job Creation and Retention" - "This is my primary concern. WV needs to encourage existing businesses to keep creating jobs in WV and new business to expand their operation to WV."
- "Education" - " I am 100% committed to working to bring West Virginia to a higher standard."
- "Our Large Veteran and Retired population" - "These people have done their time, whether serving their country or working, the promises made to them must be upheld."
- "Budgetary" - "Unfunded budgets, expenses, etc. similar to the problems WV saw with Workers’ Compensation need to be addressed."[9]
