Ernie Harris (b. December 23, 1947) is a Republican member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 26. He was first elected to the chamber in 1994.

Harris earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and his M.A. in Management from Webster University. His professional experience includes working as a United Postal Service Pilot, a Dairy and Tobacco Farmer and a Commercial Airline Pilot. He served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force.
