Evan Wynn
Evan Wynn was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 43 of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Wynn was removed from the ballot.[1]
Wynn is a former Republican member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing District 43 from 2011 to 2013.
Biography
Wynn served in the U.S. Army for 20 years and in the United States Marine Corps Reserve for 4 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant. He has been an Assistant Football Coach at Whitewater High school since 2007. His professional experience also includes working as a driver's education Teacher for CESA 2.[2]

Elections for all 99 seats in the Wisconsin State Assembly took place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 12, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 2, 2014. Incumbent Andy Jorgensen was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Herschel Brodkey was defeated by Leon Hebert in the Republican primary. Jorgensen and Hebert faced off in the general election. Evan Wynn (R) was removed from the ballot before the primary.[1][4] Incumbent Jorgensen defeated Hebert in the general election, and was re-elected for another term.[5]

Wynn lost re-election in the 2012 election for Wisconsin State Assembly District 43. Wynn ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 14 and was defeated by District 37 incumbent Andy Jorgensen (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[6]
