The question on the ballot:

To replace the expiring levy and thereby meet the educational needs of students shall the following excess taxes for operation and maintenance purposes be levied for Evergreen School District No. 114 upon all taxable property in the District: Collection Year: 2013-2016; Approximate Levy Rate Per $1,000 Assessed Value: $4.19, $4.42, $4.54, $4.51; Levy Amount: $43,331,00, $44,150,00, $45,400,00, $46,700,00.

As specified in School Board Resolution No. 5336. Should this levy proposition be approved?[3]
