The question on the ballot:

The Board of Directors of Ferndale School District adopted Resolution #13-2011 concerning educational funding. This proposition authorizes the District to levy the following excess taxes, to replace an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District in addition to state funding, to maintain the District’s educational programs and operations: Collection Years: 2013-2016; Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $3.52, $3.45, $3.43, $3.53; Levy Amount: $13,000,000, $13,500,000, $14,500,000, $15,500,000. Should this proposition be approved?[3]
