Measure H, or the Act to repeal resolutions 08-3111 & 08-3112 in Fillmore will appear on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Ventura County, California for voters in Fillmore.

The question at hand is, "Shall Resolutions Nos. 08-3111: ‘Approving TTR 5679, Subject To Conditions Of Approval And Mitigation Monitoring And Reporting Program’, and 08-3112: ‘Approving DP 06-03, Subject To Conditions Of Approval And Mitigation And Monitoring And Reporting Program’ be repealed in their entirety?"

Measure I was approved with 60.02% of the vote.
