|Amendment 9||Judiciary||Transfers duties of the County Solicitor in Dade County to the State Attorney of the 11th Judicial Circuit||
|Amendment 10||Gov't Finances||Requires that all money collected by Escambia County officers be paid into the county general fund||
|Amendment 11||Civil Service||Provides for the establishment of civil service systems and civil service boards||
|Amendment 12||Trials||Provides for Civil Jury Trials, as well as certain court officers, in Pinellas County||
