Thirteen statewide ballot propositions were on the 1998 ballot in Florida.
- None of the measures were citizen ballot initiatives.
- Four of the measures were referred to the ballot by the Florida State Legislature.
- The remaining nine measures were placed on the ballot by the Florida Constitution Revision Commission.
