The Florida Comprehensive Health Care Services for All Persons did not appear on the November 4, 2008 statewide ballot in Florida as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure, if enacted, would have provided that "all Persons shall have a right to Comprehensive Health Care Services from the Health Care Provider of their Choice in a Single Payer Health Care System."Wording for the initiative was filed by J. Michael Sahm, Chairperson of the sponsoring organization, Floridians for Health Rights. 611,009 valid signatures were required in order for the initiative to make the ballot. It did not make the ballot.
