The Florida Comprehensive Health Care Services for All Persons initiative, if enacted, would provide that "all Persons shall have a right to Comprehensive Health Care Services from the Health Care Provider of their Choice in a Single Payer Health Care System".

The initiative proposes a new constitutional amendment and is aimed at the November 2008 Florida ballot. Wording for the initiative was filed by J. Michael Sahm, Chairperson of the sponsoring organization, Floridians for Health Rights.

611,009 valid signatures will be required in order for the initiative to make the ballot.
