Florida Homestead Exception Bonus Amendment did not appear on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Florida as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The amendment proposed offering a homestead exemption bonus in addition to the current standard exemption of $50,000 for first-time buyers. The additional exemption would have included 25 percent of a home's value up to $100,000 and would be phased out over five years.

The measure was not approved by the legislature at the end of the 2010 legislative session on Friday, April 30, 2010, thus the measure did not appear on the 2010 ballot.

In order to qualify for the November 2010 ballot the proposed amendment required a minimum of 60% approval in both the House and the Senate.
