The Limit Property Taxes is an initiated constitutional amendment in Florida which would by general law and subject to conditions specified therein, the maximum combined insurance cost on real estate and the contents within, including all charges and all perils, excluding flood, shall be limited to eight tenths of one percent of the insured value of property as stated on the policy, and shall apply to all insurance companies operating within Florida’s jurisdiction including Citizens Property Insurance. The legislature will implement any and all provisions in this section.
