Florida Save Our Homes Initiative (1992)

The Florida Save Our Homes Initiative, also known as "Amendment Ten", is a constitutional amendment placed on the November 1992 Florida ballot through the initiative process. It passed with 53.6% of the vote.
In 2008, Florida voters are considering Florida Amendment One, which could be considered the "Son of Amendment Ten". The 2008 initiative allows Floridians to move their property tax relief from one home to the next.
