Florida amendment backers accused of election fraud

Florida Red and Blue had officially filed a complaint with the state elections commission against Florida4Marriage.org. The complaint states that the anti-gay marriage amendment backers have failed to disclose that they paid for a series of advertisements. Under Florida law, any electioneering communication must state who has paid for the communication. [1]
The complaint alleges that another group, Florida Family Action, run my the same man, John Stemberger, paid for the advertisements. [1]
