Fabrizio earned his BA in General Arts and Sciences from Pennsylvania State University. He went on to receive his MEd from Edinboro University. He then attended Doctoral Studies at Nova University.
Fabrizio was a Stockbroker from 1973 to 1982. He then worked as County Clerk for Erie from 1982 to 2002. He also worked as Clerk of Elections for Erie during this time. He has also taught at the Philadelphia School District and the Erie School District.
Fabrizio joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2003. He has served in that position since, representing the 2nd District.
