The Forestville Term Limits Referendum was referred to the November 4, 2008 ballot in Door County. By ordinance, village trustees can only serve three two-year consecutive terms before they must step down for at least one term. This referendum hoped to repeal the ordinance, but voters chose to retain term limits.[1]

Approved, with 134 votes going to keep term limits (56.78%) and 102 votes going to repeal them (43.22%).[2]
