Lima charter amendment

Approveda The city of Lima proposed a charter amendment that would prohibit the civil service board from adopting any rule that would prohibit members of the classified service from exercising their right to participate in the government of the city as long as they are not on duty. YES 60.64% NO 39.36%

Fort Shawnee charter amendment

Approveda Fort Shawnee's first amendment sought to change the language of the charter so that all gender references are neutral. YES 68.33% NO 31.67%

Board term limit amendment

Approveda The proposed amendment sought to make the term for members of the Planning Commission and the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals is three years. YES 69% NO 31%

City Council amendment

Approveda The proposed charter amendment sought to make it that when a council seat is vacated for any reason before the term ends, the seat will be filled by the council electing a person to fill the vacancy. YES 75.72% NO 24.28%

City Council meeting amendment

Approveda The proposed amendment sought to change the date that the council has its annual organization meeting as the first Monday in January, as long as it is not New Years Day. YES 83.94% NO 16.06%[1][2]
