Shall the Governing Board of Fowler Elementary School District No. 45 of Maricopa County, Arizona, adopt a General Maintenance and Operation Budget which includes an amount that exceeds the revenue control limit specified by statute by fifteen percent for fiscal year 2012-2013 and for six subsequent years as described below? The 2012-2013 budget override authority represents a continuation of the District's existing 10% and 5% budget override authorities which are each scheduled to phase down by one-third in each of fiscal years 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 if the voters do not approve the override.
