Biography
LaRose earned his B.S. in Consumer Affairs and Business from Ohio State University in 2007. He has worked as a business manager and project lead for a consulting firm. LaRose served in the U.S. Army from 1998 to 2007 and reached the rank of Sergeant First Class.

Senate Bill 5
In a February 18, 2011 interview with The Columbus Dispatch, LaRose voiced concerns about the controversial collective bargaining bill, stating that the bill should reform rather than eliminate public employee collective bargaining and should preserve binding arbitration.[1]
