Frank McNulty is a Republican member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing the 43rd District since 2007 and currently serving as Speaker of the House.

He previously served on the staff of Congressman Wayne Allard.

McNulty is a member of the Douglas County Republican Party, Colorado State Bar Association, Colorado State Shooting Association, Douglas Bar Association, Elbert Bar Association, Firearms Coalition of Colorado, and Saint Mark Catholic Church.[1]

McNulty is running for re-election in the 2012 election for Colorado House of Representatives District 43. He is running unopposed in the June 26, 2012, Republican primary. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012.[4]
