Frank Wagner is a Republican member of the Virginia Senate. He has been a Senator since 2001, representing the 7th district.
Wagner received a B.S. in Ocean Engineering at U.S. Naval Academy. From 1973-82 Wagner served in the U.S. Navy and from 1992-2001 was a member of the House of Delegates.
In addition to serving as senator Wagner is a co-owner/vice president of Davis Boatworks. Wagner is also a member of the Methodist Church.
