A Franklin City School Bond Measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Franklin City school district are, which is in Warren County.

This measure sought to implement a bond which would add 4.2 mills over a period of 38 years to the current property tax rate.[2] The money from this bond would have gone towards building a new High School in the city which was needed since the current building is old and does not have the needed facilities. The new building would have had up to date technology and resources available for the students.[3]
