Strahorn served in the House from 2001 to 2008 and the Ohio State Senate from 2009 to 2011.
Biography
Strahorn attended the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1984. He earned his B.A. in Aviation Management from Ohio State University in 1989. He later attended Real Estate Classes at Sinclair Community College in 1994. Strahorn worked as a realtor for Century 21 Trans Am from 1994 to 1996 and for Coldwell Banker Heritage from 1996 to 1997. He was later a Legislative Aide for the Ohio House of Representatives from 1997 to 1998 and for the Ohio State Senate from 1999 to 2000. He is currently a realtor. Strahorn has served as a member of the Montgomery County Board.

Elections
2012
Strahorn won election in the 2012 election for Ohio House, District 39. Strahorn was chosen to replace incumbent Clayton Luckie on the ticket following Luckie's withdrawal from the race amongst rumors that he was the center of a criminal investigation.[1]
Strahorn defeated Jeffrey Wellbaum (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
