Language on the ballot:
||Shall the 15 mill tax limitation on general ad valorem taxes with Free Soil Township imposed by Article
IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution be increased by 1.0 mill ($1.00 per $1,000.00 of taxable value)
for the period 2013 through 2018 inclusive, for the purpose of solid brining and improvements to Free
Soil Township roads, and shall the Township levy such increase in millage for such purpose during that
period? (Estimated increase would raise approximately $30,287.88 in the first year of such levy.)
