Gonzalez stated the following about his political philosophy in a biographical submission to Ballotpedia.[1]
"Gonzalez’s vision is to provide economic and educational opportunities to facilitate shared prosperity for all Americans. “People in California have been hit hard by the economic crisis. I’ll go to Congress and make job creation a top priority. We must rebuild our infrastructure and create job opportunities for the 32nd Congressional District and the San Gabriel Valley,” says Gonzalez"
