Gail Kopplin

Gail Kopplin (1939-) is a member of the Nebraska Unicameral representing District 3. He was first elected in 2004.
Kopplin voted in favor of Nebraska Legislative Bill 39, to restrict initiative rights in Nebraska.[1]

Kopplin is a graduate of Peru State College. He also attended University of Nebraska-Lincoln, receiving an MA in education in 1988.
