Galen R. Clagett (b. February 9, 1942) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 3A. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

He served on the Frederick County Commission from 1978 to 1986, including a stint as President from 1982 to 1986.

Biography

Clagett's professional experience includes working as a Broker with and Owner of Clagett Enterprises Incorporated, High School Administrator with the Frederick County Board of Education, Department Chair at Mount Saint Mary's College and Academic Instructor with the Maryland Department of Corrections.
